The 1st XV will travel to play against Christ College at Cardiff Arms Park on Wednesday 8 December. Kick off will be at 6.00pm. The match will be played as a memorial to Gary Halpin, former Housemaster of FitzAlan, who sadly passed away earlier this year. Gary, who represented Ireland at two Rugby World Cups as well as being an international hammer thrower, will be fondly remembered by those who knew him at The Oratory. He was a larger than life character with great passion for the pupils he taught and those in his care in the boarding house. The clubhouse and bar will be open at the ground. It would be great to see as many people as possible at the game. Booking is not required and entry into the stadium is free.
