Loquitur Event: Rupert McSheehy (OS 1999-04), RMG Digital

Many thanks to Old Oratorian Rupert McSheehy (OS 1999-04), Director, RMG Digital, a specialist provider in Digital and Technology Recruitment for speaking at Loquitur today. It was very interesting to hear about Rupert's background since leaving The Oratory and more about his career.

Rupert spoke about looking for roles, the job market and gave advice to the pupils about how to get noticed. Rupert highlighted what employers look for when recruiting, typical interview processes and the workplace.

Rupert talked about applying for  jobs, specifically LinkedIn, CV writing, job boards and working with recruiters. He then went on to talk through the interview process, what to expect and how the process has changed drastically over the last 12 months. He also gave brilliant insight into how sixth formers can network now.

Rupert's talk was full of excellent: full of practical tips and advice about all aspects of employability that they pupils can put into practice.
