Old Oratorian Morgan MacRae, returned to the school this month to present his Wales 7ns shirt to the Rugby Club. Morgan, who left the school in 2019, was Captain of Rugby whilst at The Oratory, where is Uncle was also captain in 1992. 
Morgan was selected for the Sevens World Series after impressing for the Scarlets where is signed as a hooker. Whilst at The Oratory, Morgan was selected for Wales U19s and was captain of the Scarlets U18 academy side. Morgan said: “It was great to come back to the school to present my shirt. I always enjoyed looking at the shirts of other old boys whilst a pupil at school so it’s nice to think that one of my shirts will be up on the wall alongside them”. 
It has been an exciting time for Old Oratorians on the rugby field. Max Clementson (class of 2015) made his England 7ns sevens debut in the same tournament as Morgan, finishing in third place. Callum Grant (class of 2007) also represented Oxford University in the annual varsity game with Cambridge, and Ollie Monye (class of 2019) made his senior debut for Wasps just before Christmas.
